I know Nick from high school and had met Courtney a few times through mutual friends, but it has been a long time since I have seen either of them! So when Courtney got in touch with me about her wedding I had not put the two and two together, it wasn’t until after started talking more the wedding and she mentioned Nicks last name and I was like “Oh I know him!!!” So we were off to a great start! I love catching up with old friends and even more so when you get to witness the joining of two 🙂
Originally the wedding was going to be held in Savona BC, but with the terribly unfortunate situation of BC’s wildfires, a relocation decision was made just two weeks before the wedding day! Now I give a huge round of applause to Courtney and Nick and everyone that helped them make these last minute changes! Everything came together so beautifully, the whole celebration was held at a farm in Deroche with a rustic decor theme. The ceremony was outside surrounded by mountains and the reception was held inside a massive barn, the wide open spaces were to die for!! The icing on the cake here was that Nick arrived to the ceremony in a beautiful classic car and Courtney arrived in a horse drawn carriage, it definitely made the list of top 10 wedding entrances to date.
Courtney and Nick, thank you so much for having me as a part of your special day!!!
