I absolutely cannot recommend Sam enough. If you're considering hiring her, don't hesitate! She photographed our wedding in 2021 and she also did our engagement photos. They both turned out so beautifully and are clearly a high quality investment.
Sam has a great eye and was a total wizard in working around people (both locations were public venues) to get the perfect shots. She truly is the perfect blend of warm and professional--it really feels as though you have a [very organized] friend by your side. Neither myself nor my husband are very comfortable having our photos taken and she made us both feel relaxed in front of the camera and it shows. She was very communicative and such a calming presence on the morning of the wedding in the frenzy of activity. There is no doubt she's honestly so passionate about her work and and invested in your love story.
I'm so, so thrilled with her work and cannot rave about her enough. Every time I look at our photos (frequently, tbh) I'm reminded of what a great decision hiring her was!
